Meet Author Janet G. Brantley at the P. J. Ahern Home 

Texarkana, Arkansas- Join the Texarkana Museums System in welcoming author Janet G. Brantley for a book signing featuring her latest work, Under Familiar Stars. This free event is scheduled for Sunday, May 29 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the P. J. Ahern Home Museum. Seating is limited, so reservations are recommended. Dr. Janet G. Brantley’s latest work, Under Familiar Stars, continues the story of Mae Johnson, the heroine of Leaving Dixon’s Crossing. These are the first two books in a trilogy set in Texarkana during World War II.  

The book signing is scheduled from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 29 at the historic P. J. Ahern Home, 403 Laurel Street. Seating is limited, so guests are encouraged to make reservations at TexarkanaMuseums.org/Events. Books will be available to purchase at the event.
